Savath Hospitality Management has completed the Feasibility study for the hotel Holiday Inn Kragujevac and signed the Management Agreement of the hotel with the investor Zastava Promet – Arena motors ad. Expected construction date is planned for the end of 2011.
The hotel is planned according to the strict international hotel standards of IHG, being the first brand name hotel in the city of Kragujevac, it would be able to satisfy the needs of the most demanding clientele.
Hotel will be situated on the bank of the lake Bubanj, next to the Lepenicki Boulevard, which represents the entrance to the city of Kragujevac from the direction of Batočina.
Total surface will be 7500m² with two wings structure. The hotel will be in the category of 4 stars, offering 126 comfortable rooms, including two rooms for disabled people and five suites.
