Savath Hospitality Management has completed Feasibility study for the hotel Holiday Inn Novi Sad. We have signed the Management Agreement of the hotel with the investor Aleksandar Gradnja from Novi Sad. Expected hotel opening is in 2012.
The hotel will be situated on the crossroads of Subotički Boulevard and Futoška street, emerging area of the city of Novi Sad. Architectual and construction project was done by the architecture studio Zenit Inženjering, owned by Mr. Mustafa Music, D.Eng.Arch.
According to the planned categorisation, the hotel will have 4 stars and will meet all international standards of hospitality and hotel industry.
